At Discount Coffee Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened and shelf-stable products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Email our Dublin-based support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the coffee beans, pods, or equipment are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your items back to our central distribution warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
